Celebratin' Chinese New Year ^_^

Assalamualaikum peeps,

Hye guys.. Semalam my family and I went to my popo (grandma) house at Taman Sri Gombak for celebrating Gong Xi Fa Cai. Even da raya ke 2 but still got angpow and limau! Hehe :)

Don't get surprised guys. I am a mixed of Chinese and Malay whereby my mum is a chinese. So compulsory for us to visit and celebrate this festival with our mum's family. How lucky am I born in mixed family and celebrate more than 1 festival in a year..Hehe :P. FYI guys...My popo already 82 years old and she's still basically healthy. Even we are muslim, they do respect us, as example we can't eat their compusory dish which called 'yi sang' together with them, so that what they gonna serve for us are pizza hut, and KFC. Haha! Memang pulun habis la kan! :P

So 1 Malaysia mae. Even though we have a different religions, but we still respect each other without racism.

Hye...I'm back, it's been a while I didn't post new entry since my last post on 31/12. Feiuww~ I just finished my last exam yesterday. Feeling more relieved, freedom and happy cos I'm ahead to step a new world.. Dunia pekerjaan! :)

My food technologists friends....I will missing all of you guys especially my bff Syifaa! Tak lupa juga Rina, Lat, Nik, Viva, Eta, Eity. Thanks guys for the sweet moments together! (touching plak) :(

Time is running out guys, terasa sekejap jer, n skang dah grad..My convo going to be held in May.. Hehe. Tak sabar nye! :)

Lately I'm feeling so many feelings! Urrgh! Annoying giler! First I stress giler nak dapatkan result yang terbaik for my exam yang akan start 6hb nie, I have to..cos I would like to get good pointer n get for Dean List again! This my last sem okay..Dah 3 hari I b'cuti, tapi baru jer study sikit. Wake up Meen ~ Devote all your time for studying! Don't wasting your time with doing useless things~ Do forget of discounts everywhere in new year eve! ( Hope so :P )

Second feeling, I'm gonna bring myself out of my UiTM world! I've been studying there almost 6 years n I'll missing Shah Alam a lot. Huge precious moments at UiTM. Gonna missing my friends, environment, and hectic traffic in every morning. Sangat sedih :(

Third feeling plak, geram ngan my phone yang tak habis2 wat hal..Warghhh! I wanna buy a new phone, I dont care what people around me yang cakap membazir beli phone yang mahal ke pe. For me, If I nak benda yang I dah determined or aimed, I must get it. Selalunye my dad akan jadi banker I.. Hehe! Love him. Orait, Forget bout my phone..

Owh, before I forget, semalam I beli spek baru, almost 3 tahun I tak b'ganti spek baru. Bukan ape, cos takut kalo check mata, mesti power mata I akan b'tambah! Semalam check, memang betul pun tambah power, Owh..Benci giler bila power mata had increased! So I beli frame baru. Nerdy glasses ~ Imagine of geek chic fashion~ ( Woahh )

Walaupun sedih, tapi I still get excited cos tak sabar2 nak menempuhi alam pekerjaan. Orang cakap bila da kerja, kite dah tak boley enjoy, jarang cuti, and kena ade komitmen ~ Syussh! Don't spoil my mood with negative thinking! At same time, still pk I nak sambung master ( Owh.. Tak sanggup nak mengadap lab lagi ). Hu..ntah la.. Pas exam nanti la I pk~ Malas nak pk. HAHA!

Last week, my bf and me went to Cameron Highland for celebrating our 6th anniversary! Da lame kan kami? Kahwin? Hu..no komen! Since I pon lum keje lagi kan, Doakan yang terbaik buat kami okay~ :)

OMG.. I had problem with my Hazel....

I kept watching this 2 months beings, I think I lost 2 followers, don't know who they are. Maybe skang nie I jarang post entry kan n tak active sangat. Never mind okay~ Don't have any right at all to force people~ :)

Hazel...Please be good to me okay..We have been together for a year and ++ months! Fine, for the first time I had you, I been proud of and handle with care to you..Never and ever hurt you, and scolding people who fall you down! I think it was my fault then when after 6 months am using you, I never appreciate your kebajikan, oftentimes you had fallen down to floor or jalan tar, hurting you with my long fingernails. Now your appearance doesnt look shinny and a bit rusting around your body! I'm so sorry okay. I didnt even noticed and realized before you make my life easier and capture my photo excellently without compromise.

Now, you had problem. and I'm so sad, you are not in good condition anymore. Please hazel, be a good slave to me just for a few months coming before I had enough money to buy another 'tip top' slave to replace you! HAHA!

Samsung Galaxy S2, or iphone 4 or nokia n9 or blackberry torch, do wait for me okay!

Psst~ Geram giler bila phone buat hal. I think my hazel got cable problem! When I sliding up. wallpaper will become blurry and back to normal when I sliding down or change to another menu. Oh Gosh! So trouble..to deal with it..Sony ericsson Hazel J20i ..don't end your life in this moments~ I really need you ....

Class trip to Perlis :)

Assalamualaikum peeps...

Hye..I'm back. Agak lama gak tak update kan. Semalam I baru balik dari Perlis, still terasa lagi kepenatan duk lama2 dalam bus sampai kan I decided ponteng class pagi tadi.. Auww~ :P

Had awesome experiences, as long I tak penah jejak Perlis before.. Owh no, I'm so excited tengok sawah pagi terbentang luas di tepi2 jalan. Leh di kata kan sume area Perlis ade sawah padi!

Jumaat I bertolak dari Shah Alam with my classmates n sampai dalam kul 5 lebih petang di Kuala Perlis. Kat situ merupakan kawasan istirehat di samping makan makanan laut mengadap laut. Tapi harga makanan nye agak mahal sikit. Sate ikan kat situ best tau.. Slurrp~ .Dalam kul 9 lebih kami tiba di chalet eagle park resort ( chalet pnempatan untuk prempuan agak seram.. haha). Then kul 3 pagi kami pergi ke abattoir penyembelihan lembu di Kangar. 1st time I tengok lembu kena sembelih..Ngeri sangat! =.=''

Sabtu tuh sangat penat cos kami pergi ke tanaman anggur, Gua Kelam dan Padang Besar. Best sangat dapat masuk gua. Gua tuh merupakan pelombongan bijih timah pada zaman dulu. FYI, buruh paksa zaman dulu hanya di bayar gaji sebanyak RM2 untuk sebulan. Bukan senang nak ade pengalaman masuk gua nie. Pasni I nk try jelajah Gua tempurung plak. Hehe :P

Time di tanaman anggur masa tuh, ade shooting Remaja. Wah~ Hensem gak host2 die eh. HAHA! Dah lama giler I tak tengok rancangan remaja. I sempat bergambar ngan Ikhwan jer. :)

Ahad plak kami singgah di Kilang HPA industries before balik ke Shah Alam. Kilang nie merupakan syarikat yang mengeluarkan kopi Radix tau. Jangan tak tau plak. I baru tau semalam tau..Haha! ~mai secawan~

Immortals movie best ^_^

Assalamualaikum..

Haiyo..agk lama gak I yea tak update blog..skang nie sangat busy nak siap kan thesis final project, assignments berlambak2 lagi, slide untuk presentation final project lg..syushhh~ go away! spoil mood tol. HUH!

Nak release tension, so pe lagi, hang out then tengok movie kat sunway ( haish~ bosan..asik tempat sama jer) lalala~ stop merungut meen~ pilih2 movie pe nak tengok..so we decide watching IMMORTALS. Sebelum nie kalo tengok movie I akan tengok reviews dulu..tapi untuk film nie have no idea at all what the story is really all about~ Tapi bila da tengok tuh. BEST tau! Lots of action and war..important thing is this film is derived with epic hype. haha! ( dislike romantic story).

This movie is starring by Henry Cavill, Freida Pinto ( she looks sexy and started envy her figure after watching this) and Mickey Rouke. Okay..let me summarize this story :)

Hyperion (Mickey Rouke) which is The Heraklion King of Crete who declares war on Olympus after the Gods fail to answer his prayers to save his family from illness and and starts searching for the Epirus Bow, a powerful weapon created by God of War Ares. Hyperion attacks several holy places in search of the Epirus Bow, which was lost on earth during the last war between the Gods and the Titans, and after kidnapping a virgin oracle proestess called Phaedra ( Freida Pinto) to help him. Theseus ( Henry Cavill) is the hero in this story who bring peaceful and wanna kill Hyperion and war happened between two sides.At the end, Theseus was death and is welcomed Mount Olympus by the Gods for his sacrifice and is awarded with a son from his night with Phaedra.

Rate of this movie : I give 4 out of five :)

Assalamualaikum peeps,

Morning everyone, I nak cite pengalaman I pegi camping kat Dusun Eco Resort. Sangat best okay. I admit that it was my first time joined this camping. Padahal before pegi tuh bukan main risau ngan kemudahan, keselamatan diri and certain silly things,tapi bila dah sampai sana, I really enjoyed all activities with my friends ( ramai budak kls I joined). Kami bertolak hari jumaat dan balik plak hari ahad ( 11-13/11), ok la tuh..3 hr 2 mlm and staying at hostel. Bukan dalam khemah tau. Hehe!

Jumaat malam tuh, kami ade nightwalk kat hutan, bayangkan kami yang 50 lebih orang nie tapi hanya diberikan 6 batang lilin jer. huh! Sangat gelap, yang paling m'cabar time turun bukit, sngat curam, sampai ramai yang koyak tracksuit dan 1 of my friend plak kasut tersangkut kat sana. Haha! Walaupun cian tapi lawak ok..lalala~

rakit yang sangat worst. Haha!:D

Activities hari sabtu plak start ngan senamrobik, dah tuh buat rakit. Bila cite tang rakit nie, group I paling bengang, fine la sume group time tuh tak dapat siapkan rakit dalam masa yang di tetapkan, sebagai penalti group kami kena tukar rakit ngan group lain. Sangat terkejut bila group rakit yang k'orang dapat tuh, ntah pape design ntah d'orang wat. Ha..pe lagi, kami group yang kalah cos rakit tuh tak stabil bila kami naik ramai2. Haha. Sangat best okay bila mendayung rakit sambil menjerit ketakutan disebabkan rakit tak stabil. HAHA! :D

Hari ahad plak, kami berjalan di jambatan gantung, panjang giler jambatan tuh dan hanya berjalan ats kabel. Gayat wooo! :P

Then, yang paling challenging naik flying fox. Masa kat tengah2 tuh memang takut, sampai I leh pk mati time tuh..Adoi hai! Tapi best sangat, kalo ade chance doing flying fox, I nak try lagi. Hehe. That was our last activity, around 2 kami dah bertolak balik Shah Alam. Dalam bus membuta sebab penat sangat. Haha! :P

Assalamualaikum guys...

Malam nie I nak cite pasal bola sepak sabtu hari tuh antara N9 vs Terengganu. Rase nye belum terlambat lagi kot nak share entry pasal bola. So busy lately, tue yang lambat update (padahal asik kua merayau jer). Punya la hebak (slang ganu), meriah n penuh ngn emosional+finatik! Absolutely I penyokong N9 okay, tanah tumpah negeri sendiri, even tak pndai cakap loghat N9 kan ( pity on me..sobs.. ).

Sangat best,meriah dalam stadium masa p'lawanan berlangsung,( it was my 1st time went to stadium) sakit tekak jangan cakap la kan sebab terjerit2 bgai. Kalo setakat cakap perlahan macam dalam kelambu, memang tak dengar langsung la. I admit yang I nih bukan finatik bola sangat pon, even perlawanan bola kat tv pon bukan tengok. Sangup tukar channel lagi adela..HAHA! Tapi bila dah N9 msuk final,tue yang tiba2 berkobar2 kan sampai sanggup beli jersi n even tiket mahal pon gi gak ( N9 bg subsidi RM20 jer..nsb baek kawan my bf yg blikan. hehe ).

1 jela benda yang I tak suka langsung, kenapa penyokong finatik nie suka sangat timbul kan kekecohan? Baling2 botol mineral bagai, ( sorang gurl pyokong N9 berdarah kat dahi kena baling botol mineral yang penuh ngan air), nak bergaduh bgai pasal bola. Kikis la okay sikap macam nie, sangat tak bertamadun, pemain bola tuh dapat duit berpuluh2 ribu, korang yang menyokong bgai nie siap bergaduh sume dapat pe? Fikir2 kan la okay. penyokong ganu..be cool okay, jangan terlalu finatik sangat sampai berlaku pergaduhan okay. ^_^

Assalamualaikum guys...

Anyone yang dah tengok movie nie? I rate this movie 4.5 stars! Sangat best okay. This story is all about science fiction in 2020 which starring by Hugh Jackman! Owh! Muscles die sangat chantek! :P

Story die pasal in future world, human have been replaced by robot in boxing. Charlie Kenton ( Hugh Jackman ) is a former boxer who attempts to get money in illegal boxing matches between robots to pay his debts to loan sharks. Charlie has a son Max ( Dakota Goyo ). This kid is quite cute okay! :) Many bad incidents happened in Charlie's life due his greedy attitude. One day, max falls over a ledge, where he is saved from the doom after being snagged by a lodged robot arm. Charlie take this robot back and found that Atom ( name given by Max ) has been designed to sustain massive damage. Time being, Charlie gets opportunity of match between Atom - Zeus ( strongest and powerful robot in the world ). At the end of story, Atom has become famous as 'The People's Champion' . Happy ending right? Besides that, this story showing bonding between father and his son.

Moral of the story that come across my mind is with good effort and believing yourself, you may get succeed in present life and hereafter. Hopefully ~ :)

Assalamualaikum guys,

Yesterday (9th/10/ 11) me and my classmates ( Islamic Food Law ) had an awesome trip to Yakult factory, Seremban. So kire trip to my hometown la kan. Haha! Tapi I bukan dalam bus tau, I jadi tour guide tak bertauliah, I drove my car n then bus Uitm ikut la belakang! Haha! Klaka tol. :D

Sangat hebat okay kat kilang yakult 2, very hygienic and particular, environment of processing area sangat bosan! Can u imagine, for 1 area you cume leh tengok sorang or 2 orang jer yang inspect processing, sume machines yang handle! Bahagian lab die sangat ketat, as we know, bacteria is very sensitive to surrounding and temperature. So that, they have to handle all these bacteria shirota in high pressure lab. I had some experiences in microbiology lab, huh..nak kne jaga microbe nie sgt sush, kalo silap sikit boleh menyebabkan experiment kite x jadi cos microbe tak membiak atau mati! Haha!

After yakult kami pegi Jelita Ostrich farm plak. Unpredictable! Even org Seremban, tapi I x penah jejak sana. Luckily I tau jalan ke sana!Hehe. senang jer ( blgak). Sangat best tau kat sana, maybe sbb pegi ramai2, so rase fun and excited la.^_^

OverView : My Makeup ^_^

Assalamualaikum...

I think my entry today is more towards to girls readers! Hehe :)

Make up and women is very close tightly, some questions may promptly crossing in some of your mind sometimes right? ~why is make up important ? n why do women wear makeup?~ here are common questions of what do people ask.

My answer is just like piece of cakes and simple! Make up does make a lot of difference even it's just light make up and give girls a boost of self confidence! ^_^

I admit I love makeup since I left secondary school after released of my SPM exam, a little bit late compared for girls apparently who advance in makeup so well since primary school. Haha! Maybe surrounding influence them in early age! I'm not kind of 'gerly girl' before okay, my attitude is more to tomboy side so that I don't even care of make up all about. Haihh!

For the time of maturity stages being ( Eiuuw~ ) take over me, so then I changed myself to how I look like now. Bkn plastic surgery okay! HAHA! Most of my friends from schoolmate ramai yang tak percaya I dah expert in fashion and makeup! :P

Orait then, I wanna share what brand of make up that I using to get gorgeous ( auuww ). Haha! ( perasan ). I bukan jenis yang makeup tebal tau,depends on what situation I had. :)

1. Using Za compact powder after applying foundation for UV protection. Za powder actually is blend smoothly and well to my face as long it's more to minerals ingredients and my face is more sensitive ( pimples growth ) if I using Maybelline, Loreal , Revlon or the other products. Sometimes if I had bag eyes I prefer use Loreal liquid concealer! Hehe! Luckily I had fair skin so that preferable to me choose lighter color.

Refill of Za foundation then I'll put it into Za casing. N/P is RM 39.90

2. Now for daily I'm using silky girls precision eyeliner. Affordable for me cos manjang cepat habis jer! I also have Revlon blueberry, Silky girls, Majolica Majorca brand as my eyeliners collection. For eyebrow I prefer Maybeline and silky girls, the others brand tak penah try lagi..Hehe!

3. I love Maybelline eye shadows, Majolica Majorca and Lancome. Seldom of using eye shadows cos I have to wear false eyelashes too unless for dating, or function to attend! Mascara I prefer using Maybelline or Loreal brand

I rarely using this Lancome eyeshadows..Sgt syg nak pakai okay. Hehe! The color very impressive. I love it! Lancome Absolu Voyage makeup palette price is approximately RM 200 plus plus ! Kalah harga perfume I okay. Fuihhh~

4. I blushing my cheeks with Maybelline or in 2 it brand! I like pink color cos I believe this color will bring me up! Hehe :)

5. For my lips I prefer Maybeline water shine with pink color and Revlon velvet rose. This color is suit to my skin as well.

Psst ~~ Look like my make up brands are more to Maybelline! Haha! Maybe this brand is more cheaper and always have discounts at Watson. Haha! Owh no..My test ( Food packaging subject ) will be on this Friday. Haihh! Sempat lagi update blog. Wish me luck peeps! Bye~

Hye.. hye..I'm so excited tonite..U know what, I spent a lot of money for shopping today! Haha! Itu bukan excited okay, tapi sedih kenapa boros sgt..Adoi! Dahle I nih tak amek pinjaman PTPTN kan, menyewa plak kat kondo, every month compulsory to me spend money of renewing access card for parking lot, sewa, astro, bil2 lagi sume! ~ fenin2~ all about the money.. HAHA! :P

Meh I share tempat makan yang best area Selangor nie..For those yang dok area Selangor mesti familiar kan tempat2 yang I akan bagitau nie kan? Hehe..Have a look :

1. Restaurant Murni SS2, - I memang suka makan kat cni since last year. Dalam sebulan tuh dalam 5,6 kali jugak la,makanan memang best dan unik, now rasa muak lak cos tak tau nak pesan menu pe lagi..Haha! U all x kan jumpa menu yang serupa kat kedai lain okay!

2. Pak Li Kopitiam, area Shah Alam - Students Uitm suke la lepak cni..menu pon best gak.

3. Gulam mee, Damansara - Best tau mee udang kat sana..My friend cakap ikan bakar kat sne pon best gak, so far I tak penah order ikan bakar lagi, mybe next time...Hehe ~lapar~

4. Fendi Ikan Bakar, Kelana Jaya - Kalo lunch kat sini mesti makan banyak..Pelbagai jenis ikan bakar untuk menu lunch.

5. JM beriani, Shah Alam - Nasi beriani sangat best!

6. Tutti Fruitti, Sunway Piramid & Shah Alam - Kat area Shah Alam nie baru jer bukak, kat area Seksyen 7, Tapi jangan terkejut harga die bila syok2 amek yogurt and topping, harga untuk bekas kecik tuh leh mencecah Rm 20 and above! Haha! Mahal mengalah kan ice cream Baskin Robbins plak..

7. Sekinchan Ikan Bakar - Masakan ikan bakar best sangat especially 'masakan berapi'. Jenis ikan kita leh pilih sendiri fresh2..Harga pon leh tahan jugak la...~sobs sobs~

8. Restaurant Tupai-Tupai - More to masakan chinese cuisine. Menu ikan siakap stim..n tomyam quite delicious gak.

9. Restaurant Putera Ayu, Padang Jawa - Macam2 masakan ade, tapi customer lebih kepada 'makan besar' especially family dan kawan2. 2x gak penah makan sini..Just nice ~

10. Jeram Ikan Bakar - More to seafood cuisine. Best sangat dan orang pon ramai, penah datang twice! View pon bersebelahan ngan Pantai Jeram. For those yang tak penah pegi, U shud try once okay :)

Okay then, I'm going participate in Gorius Food Globe Pamphlet Competition. So weird when I decide to involve this competition, cos whatever competition held around in faculty I never bother before. HAHA. This competition is organized by my course which is PERTEMA ( Persatuan Teknologi Makanan) in Carnival of Science and Technology.

I'm only involve in pamphlet competition, more than enough to me. So many things to do like shopping, hangging out, and facebooking besides doing this pamphlet and I took 3 days to finished it out!HAHA!:D

Last saturday, I attended my lil bro convo at PICC, Putrajaya. He already completed his diploma in Mechatronic in Penang. It was my first time okay entered PICC, it was cool, futuristic designing. Fine, no wonder la kan temapat nie jadi persidangan antarabangsa. :)

Somehow,I think of myself, how do they imagine to amazement design of particular building as well? Maybe I'm not creative though to imagine such that..HAHA!

Semester break is over...!!

Assalamualaikum peeps..

Owh no..semester break dah tamat! 4 months vacation has now ended..by now you have to focus in study! Lagipun dah semester akhir nie kan, thesis lagi..Urrgh! Bile sentuh bab thesis mesti migrain! Huh! I wish that I could get at least 3.5 in my final exam! :)

Wah..harap2 sem nie I rajin study..Haha! Cam semester sebelum2 nie, asik merayau jela..G sana sini. Pantang ade sales, muka nie la yang dok mengadap shopping mall tuh~ Haha! Keta ade, pe susah kan, start enjin then sampai la destinasi tuh! :P

Anyway, I miss my X-housemates, really missing suasana bising kat umah sewa! :) Now I'm living umah sewa yang baru. 3 bulan jer.. Lgpun time exam nanti I akan ulang alik Seremban as previous semesters!

Guys, pray for my success in this sem and I pray myself that Allah shall direct my path unto success, this is my final sem..perhaps that I grad with flying colours! Second upper class is good enough for me! :)

Psst ~~ Guess where I am right now? Haha! I kat Seremban lagi okay, mesti sume org dah balik hari nie kan cos esok kan dah start class! Assalamualaikum guys..

Selamat berkunjung ke umah2 open house. Kire this month boleh saving la duit makan kan for those yang kaki makan luar. Haha!Yes..lot of varieties makanan yang di hidangkan termasuk jenis2 kuih raya. :)

I admit that I love food so much and love eating too, but the problem is I'm very picky eater. I have been a picky eater all my life I think, some of you might say 'you wanna lose weight, that why you may fussy whatever you eat' ..Owh no..I'm not kind of that! Actually, I try to force myself to eat anything I don't want to, badly I had vomiting all of sudden :(

During Hari Raya.. I just eating chocolate rice cookies, almond london, kerepek2, cornflakes and peanut cookies! That all ! Kalo ade batang buruk, tart nenas, suji n pape jela kuih yang berwarna putih..I tak kan sentuh sama sekali! Hm..don't know why, maybe dah set in mind kuih2 jenis cam tue tak sedap.

Bab juadah plak, I tak kan usik lemang dan rendang daging. lemang wajib ok bila time raya, tapi bukan tekak nie..Haishh! Sangat rugi kan orang cm I. Huu :(

Bab kek plak, pilihan I kat secret recipe, tapi itu pon selective gak, I akan makan kek yang ade chocolate jer. Haha! Kalo kek tue tak salut ngan coklat, jangan harap mate nie akan pandang..So boring right?

Whatever it is, I still hepy even I'm not foodventurous enough to try some of weird foods. I don't even care to find a way to get over my foodie habits. Haha! :P

Psst ~~ I'm just picky..not pickiest person okay..But sometimes bile b'kunjung ke umah orang, I akan rasa segan bila tak makan makanan yang di hidangkan. Selalu air jadi masalah, I tak suka minum air teh (teh O n teh tarik ) tapi tue la minuman yang selalu di hidangkan untuk tetamu kan? Haha! Sangat susahkan org bile terpaksa wat minuman lain khas untuk I :D

Hye..Salam eid Mubarak..Alahai..Tahun nie x dapat banyak sangat la duit rye la..Haha! Supposedly makin besar mesti makin banyak wit rye kan..Huhu!:P

Bab juadah plak..tak yah cakap la kan, even still on diet mode tapi makan macam2 gak. Urghh! All these foods remind my weight gained! :( Perhaps next week I could peace out lake garden. I dah sebulan okay x jogging, workout plak da seminggu tak buat. Haha!

The fact is time raye nie la de kesempatan dapat berjumpa ngan sedara mara, kawan2 lama. But sadly, yesterday is my reunion tapi tak dapat join sekali. Tapi tak pelah, semalam dapat jumpa my besties time skul menengah dulu, jumpa pon setahun sekali kan, mesti la havoc kan bile dah jumpa tuh.. ardy miss u guys..Hope we could meet next eid :)

Haluu..skang nie tak kire mase eh org b'shopping, awal bulan pun penuh, tengah bulan pun same, akhir bulan lagi la. Adoi..letih la..ingatkan last minute shopping nie, expect ramai lah yang dah merantau balek kampung, rupe nye still gak banyak lautan manusia kat KL tuh! Macam semut ~sighs~

Semalam rayau pegi PKNS, Shah Alam. Hye..harga baju2 kat sana still lagi mahal, tak geti nak markdown harga lagi ke? Geram! Kaftan yang lawa2 stil lagi RM 350, RM 400! Huh..memang tak beli la kan! Haha! Dah la banyak baju yang minat, saiz kecik sume dah habis! Adoi! Tahun nie trend kaftan eh. Hu..So I decide tahun nie bukan baju kurung moden lagi, maybe tiap2 tahun baju kurung moden, so cam bosan la kot. Hehe! Last2 beli kaftan moden..nasib baik ade saiz XS. Harga pon okay la..reasonable ikut kemampuan I yang tak bekerja lagi kan! Hehe :P

Nampaknye sok dah beraya kan. Di kesempatan nie, nak ucapkan SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI, MAAF ZAHIR & BATIN ^_^ Hati2 di jalan raya okay dan yang paling penting jaga pemakanan! Jangan melantak banyak sangat, di hari raya nie banyak sangat makanan yang ade karbohidrat , dan bergula. Badan senang naik tau nanti. :)

Tips to reduce arms and thighs size ^_^

Assalamualaikum peeps,

How's your weight loss been? Have you shed fat off during fasting? Haha! Time is fast running out and kurang dari seminggu jer nak Raya :)

Orait then, today I'm going give some tips how to reduce flabby arms and thighs! Don't know why skang nie some of my friends banyak tanya tips kat I how to reduce weight. Maybe diorang tengok weight I da kurang and more skinny than before! Haha! Yeke? For those pear shaped body, first priority is to reduce fat around hips, thighs ( refering to me ). I also had flabby arms okay, I really wanna reduce them off and had my workout routines to tone them up! ( Chaiyok 2x )

My workout :

To reduce my thighs, I do squats and lunges exercise. I'm doing this work out for every night before bed. :)

Mesti pelik kan nape I banyak refer video Paul Katami, bukan sebab die hensem okay, he's actually a successful TV fitness and top trainer, kira kalo kat Malaysia nie Kevin Zahri la kan? :)

Important tips : Workout wat gak, tapi pemakanan kena jaga jugak okay. Tak semestinya bile kite b'puasa, berat mesti turun, consider what you eat if not you will gain your weight ! One more thing, jangan salah paham istilah jogging, x semestinya bila kite jog thighs kite akn kurus gak! Kena double effort la eh. Jog is a good way to stay fit and letting your muscles to move but if you had flabby or bigger at certain part, you have to warkout more! :)

My tips : During fasting month, I only taking small portion of rice ( 1/3cawan ) and eat more vegetables. Lauk yang lain makan macam biase okay tapi nasi kurangkan. Then, every night wat workout cam I cakap tadi. Senang jer kan nak kurus. Bukan susah pon. Hehe :)

Psst ~~ One fine day, I wanna be freelance consultant for those people need my advice to reduce their weight. No more free guys! Haha! :P I think this kind of field is suit to me as long I'm taking Bc. Sc. and Food Technology so more advantages to me giving advice about nutrition of food :) Wish me luck :)

Petang tadi, kemas la kasut..Alahai..banyak nye kasut yang tak guna lagi, sampai lupa kasut tue penah beli! Huh! Rase nye nak hantuk jer pale kat dinding! Bukan banyak kasut yang tak guna yang ptut kena buang tuh. Tapi yang langsung tak guna lagi, senang cite dah beli terus simpan then beli kasut yang lain plak! Tapi ade yang pakai 1 or 2 kali then terus tak pakai lagi! Kasut yang banyak kali pakai pun boleh tahan lah dan kebanyakan buang kalo rosak skit!

Haish! Sangat buruk yea perangai tuh! ( Insaf ) T.T

Okay, fine., Raya nie tak nak beli kasut baru lagi la.. ( Hope so ) :P

Carlo Rino brand - Rase nye dah 2 tahun ++ beli. Pakai 2,3 kali jer. Tinggi sngat! hehe

X tau brand pe. Beli kat stall mall. Wedges paling murah pernah beli. RM 20 jer! Pakai cume sekali :)

Jangan jadi cam saya! Skang saya dah insaf dan x nak membazir lagi! HEHE! As a student, itu jer brand yang mampu beli, tak la branded sangat kan! :P

Assalamualaikum..

Hye everyone, some of you must be ready for Hari Raya right? Hehe! Hari Raya is just around the corner, mesti sangat busy beli persiapan raya kan? :) Honestly, I'm not ready to buy all these things. baju kurung pon tak tau nak beli kaler pe, trend pe sume tak tau, maybe sebab skang nie pegang status penggangur, so cam tak berapa excited sangat..di tambah lagi duk kat Seremban. Huhu! Maybe kalo duk Shah Alam mesti da excited nak shopping. Sampai sanggup skip kelas ngn my bff- Syifaa semata nak g shopping! HAHA! :D

Skang nie banyak sangat mega sales - kasut, handbags, jeans, dress, shirt, make-up.. Owh no., really drive me crazy okay! Guess, coach, D&G, LV, Chanel - tunggu I kerja next year okay. Haha! :P
